Lists are due by 10pm Monday, August 14th As per ITC rules, late list submissions will receive a 5 point penalty in their first round match
The following rules are in effect for a game that goes to the time limit. Players will be given additional time to finish the current Battle Turn. At the end of that battle turn, it is a hard dice down rule. This allows both players to score victory points.
